Crystals for Pisces Season
Hi there, are you FEELING that New Moon in Pisces? My Pisces moon certainly is.
Pisces season is the perfect time to turn inward and really get in touch with our emotions, our intuition, and, maybe even most importantly, our dreams, and really really listen. This is our last stop before the cycle begins anew in Aries season, and there is no better time to ask ourselves what we’ve learned, examine how we feel, and identify any areas that are giving us that nagging feeling that there’s something that needs to change.
And this Pisces season is also our last stop on this journey, the one where I launch a set of journaling prompts for each zodiac season, and accompany it with a blog post exploring the crystals that I’ve selected to support each zodiac sign.
You can find the Journaling Prompts for Pisces Season PDF Download right here:
And now we can get to the crystals. For anyone that might be new here (maybe coming in from a google search for “best crystals for Pisces season”?), I started this blog series to complement the Journaling Prompts series because back in 2020-2021 I spent the entire year going on a monthly deep dive to curate a selection of five stones to best support each zodiac sign to create my Zodiac Jewelry Collection, and then… never did anything with that research after the launch. So this is me making that right. If you’d like to catch up on the rest of the series, you can find Aquarius, Capricorn, Sagittarius, Scorpio, Libra, Virgo, Leo, Cancer, Gemini, Taurus, and Aries at each of their respective links.
So here’s our very last round: Crystals for Pisces Season
Pink Opal
Pisces’ biggest strength is their big hearts, and the way that they let their emotions flow. This can be healthy (certainly healthier than repressing emotions until they explode out of us!), however, there is a danger to just letting all our different emotions run amok unchecked and keeping us from being able to thoughtfully consider our responses and actions. There needs to be a harmony, a delicate balance between thought and emotion. Pink Opal is a stone that really helps us out here. Pink Opal helps with healing emotional wounds, and supports us in developing open and honest communication. This is the stone that really helps us with processing and communication our emotions so that we are in charge of them, not the other way around. It also opens our hearts to form loving, harmonious relationships of all kinds, which, feels like something we all need as we all start to grow impatient as we wait for spring to finally get here.
Blue Lace Agate
Is Pisces a water sign? Yes. Does Blue Lace Agate literally look like water? Also yes. Is that the reason that I chose it as a crystal for Pisces season? I mean it didn’t hurt, but there was a more thoughtful reasoning behind this. Pisces placements have a tendency towards being sensitive, and internalizing not only their own emotions, but the energies and emotions of others. Blue Lace Agate helps to let that energy flow by gently re-directing it before it can become stagnant. Hardships and negativity are an unavoidable part of life, and for many of us (ahem, me), learning to let these difficulties ebb and flow is a lifelong challenge. Blue Lace Agate has a very soothing, gentle energy, that reminds us that whatever we are going though is not how things will be forever, and helps us to let go of the burdens that are not ours to carry.
Morganite
With their big hearts and gentle souls, Pisces placements truly have a gift for empathy. Unfortunately this can come with the danger of people-pleasing, taking self-sacrifice to a destructive extent, or even open them up to be taken advantage of (I say this as a Pisces Moon who struggles with all of the above). Boundaries are important, but boundaries are hard. Setting and enforcing boundaries with compassion is an extra level of challenge. Thankfully, we have Morganite on our team. Morganite is mainly known as a stone that represents commitment, friendship, partnership (that’s why it’s popular for engagement rings!), but its real talent lies in how it supports us with our boundaries. Morganite enhances our self-love, especially the self-respect that is needed when we need to have hard conversations or make difficult decisions surrounding setting and enforcing the boundaries that we know are needed.
Sodalite
Being in touch with our emotions is great, but sometimes we get too tangled up in our feelings and stop looking at the big picture, start catastrophising, start working ourselves into a frenzy of escalating emotions. It’s easy to get caught up in our emotional reactions, and Sodalite is here to make sure that we don’t. In fact, Sodalite is here not just to tone things down, but to help us see exactly what it is that we need to do, and stay focused until we get it done. However, Sodalite is not here to simply dull or suppress our emotions until we are unfeeling robots. Sodalite is here to help us calm things down when we need to, but it is also here to help us use our emotions as fuel to learn from our situation and make positive changes. Personally, my favorite thing about Sodalite is the way that it helps us to lock in and focus, which is always such a struggle as we start to come out of the stagnant energy of late winter.
Turquoise
I think there’s a stereotype that Pisces placements are all big softies that cry over everything that, as a Pisces Moon myself, I do not find to be completely unsubstantiated. While yes, it is important to learn to thoughtfully work with our emotions (which is what that Sodalite was for!) and to let negativity flow around and past us without internalizing it (that’s what the Blue Lace Agate was for!), it does not hurt to also put up a shield to protect us from external negative energy to begin with. Turquoise isn’t just protective, it’s also stone that helps us with a little boost of energy and motivation when we find ourselves in an emotional slump. Which, considering that Pisces season is the very last thing we go though before Spring finally makes her appearance… Turquoise just might be THE crystal for Pisces season.
Whether you yourself have Pisces placements, found this blog post while looking for ways to support loved ones with Pisces placements, or are simply struggling to get through the emotional roller coaster that is Pisces season, I am so glad that you’re here. I hope that you’ve found this post helpful. You might also enjoy spending some time with the Journaling Prompts for Pisces Season PDF.

Wow! I can’t believe that’s the end of our zodiac crystal guides series! Spending a year going back through all of the research I did back when I first released my Zodiac Jewelry collection has been such a special experience, and I’m so happy to now have it existing out on the internet as a resource that people can turn to over and over again.
